Las Vegas, Nevada.

The following discounts have been authorized:

• Up to 5% off lowest, non-refundable fare if purchased by March 15, 2005
• Up to 5% off lowest, non-refundable fare if purchased at least 14 days before travel.
• 10% off refundable, full coach fares

Putman Travel will accept checks or credit cards for payment, and will forward electronic ticket receipts to a home or business address.Tickets cannot be printed or the fare guaranteed until payment is received by Putman Travel.

Please identify yourself as a CBTU delegate attending the National Convention in Phoenix, May 25-30, 2005. You may travel up to three days before or three days after the convention dates on the discounted airfare.
