CBTU is turning 35 in grand style!

From the days of big Afro's and bad polyester to cell phones and silver hair in '06, we will celebrate CBTU's journey since 1972, when 1,200 black trade unionists defied the status quo and spoke freely and powerfully as the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists.

Many speakers, including Harry Belafonte, Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr., and Rev. Al Sharpton have been invited to rock this convention, while honoring CBTU's proud legacy. Get fired up for the next 35 years!
